Gerade bei Menschen, die durch ihre Ern&auml;hrung sehr stark eingeschr&auml;nkt sind und/oder sich nach dem <a class="wpg-linkify wpg-tooltip" title='&lt;h3 class="wpg-tooltip-title"&gt;&lt;span class="wpg-tooltip-term-title"&gt;Autoimmunprotokoll&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;div class="wpg-tooltip-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Das Autoimmunprotokoll (kurz AIP) ist ein Ern&#xE4;hrungskonzept, welches sich an die Paleo-Ern&#xE4;hrung anlehnt, dabei aber noch einmal restriktiver ist. Das AIP ist nicht unbedingt dauerhaft als Ern&#xE4;hrungskonzept gedacht, sondern es dient quasi als Grundlage, auf der dann individuelle Unvertr&#xE4;glichkeiten entdeckt werden sollen.&lt;br /&gt;
W&#xE4;hrend zun&#xE4;chst viele Lebensmittel und Lebensmittelgruppen (Getreide, Eier, Nachtschatten, Milchprodukte, H&#xFC;lsenfr&#xFC;chte und einiges mehr) aus der Ern&#xE4;hrung eliminiert werden und nur die Nahrungsmittel konsumiert werden, die statistisch gesehen als am vertr&#xE4;glichsten gelten, soll der Darm die M&#xF6;glichkeit erhalten, sich zu erholen und ggf. zu heilen. Die meisten Menschen mit einer Autoimmunerkrankung erfahren in dieser ersten Phase eine gute Verbesserung ihres Befindens. Die Dauer der Anfangsphase ist individuell und richtet sich nach dem Befinden des Patienten, zwischen 14 Tagen und 10 Wochen kann vollkommen normal sein. Im zweiten Schritt folgt dann eine Phase der langsamen Wiedereinf&#xFC;hrung von Lebensmitteln. Alle zwei bis drei Tage kann ein Lebensmittel eingef&#xFC;hrt und auf Vertr&#xE4;glichkeit getestet werden.&#xA0; Auftretende Symptome, also Zeichen einer Unvertr&#xE4;glichkeit, k&#xF6;nnen unspezifisch sein (z.B. Kopfschmerzen, Verspannungen in R&#xFC;cken, Schultern und Nacken, Unwohlsein, M&#xFC;digkeit, Abgeschlagenheit, Gereiztheit, Affektlabilit&#xE4;t, depressive Verstimmungen) sowie stark zeitversetzt auftreten (bis zu 72 Stunden nach dem Genuss sind gut m&#xF6;glich und dann k&#xF6;nnen diese Symptome auch &#xFC;ber mehrere Tage anhalten).&lt;br /&gt;
Insgesamt gesehen ist diese Methode ist zwar etwas langwierig, aber sie kann vollst&#xE4;ndig eigenst&#xE4;ndig und ohne gro&#xDF;e Kosten durchgef&#xFC;hrt werden.&lt;br /&gt;

							<p>Machen wir uns nichts vor: Es ist anstrengend, nach dem <a class="wpg-linkify wpg-tooltip" title='&lt;h3 class="wpg-tooltip-title"&gt;&lt;span class="wpg-tooltip-term-title"&gt;Autoimmunprotokoll&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;div class="wpg-tooltip-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Das Autoimmunprotokoll (kurz AIP) ist ein Ern&#xE4;hrungskonzept, welches sich an die Paleo-Ern&#xE4;hrung anlehnt, dabei aber noch einmal restriktiver ist. Das AIP ist nicht unbedingt dauerhaft als Ern&#xE4;hrungskonzept gedacht, sondern es dient quasi als Grundlage, auf der dann individuelle Unvertr&#xE4;glichkeiten entdeckt werden sollen.&lt;br /&gt;
W&#xE4;hrend zun&#xE4;chst viele Lebensmittel und Lebensmittelgruppen (Getreide, Eier, Nachtschatten, Milchprodukte, H&#xFC;lsenfr&#xFC;chte und einiges mehr) aus der Ern&#xE4;hrung eliminiert werden und nur die Nahrungsmittel konsumiert werden, die statistisch gesehen als am vertr&#xE4;glichsten gelten, soll der Darm die M&#xF6;glichkeit erhalten, sich zu erholen und ggf. zu heilen. Die meisten Menschen mit einer Autoimmunerkrankung erfahren in dieser ersten Phase eine gute Verbesserung ihres Befindens. Die Dauer der Anfangsphase ist individuell und richtet sich nach dem Befinden des Patienten, zwischen 14 Tagen und 10 Wochen kann vollkommen normal sein. Im zweiten Schritt folgt dann eine Phase der langsamen Wiedereinf&#xFC;hrung von Lebensmitteln. Alle zwei bis drei Tage kann ein Lebensmittel eingef&#xFC;hrt und auf Vertr&#xE4;glichkeit getestet werden.&#xA0; Auftretende Symptome, also Zeichen einer Unvertr&#xE4;glichkeit, k&#xF6;nnen unspezifisch sein (z.B. Kopfschmerzen, Verspannungen in R&#xFC;cken, Schultern und Nacken, Unwohlsein, M&#xFC;digkeit, Abgeschlagenheit, Gereiztheit, Affektlabilit&#xE4;t, depressive Verstimmungen) sowie stark zeitversetzt auftreten (bis zu 72 Stunden nach dem Genuss sind gut m&#xF6;glich und dann k&#xF6;nnen diese Symptome auch &#xFC;ber mehrere Tage anhalten).&lt;br /&gt;
Insgesamt gesehen ist diese Methode ist zwar etwas langwierig, aber sie kann vollst&#xE4;ndig eigenst&#xE4;ndig und ohne gro&#xDF;e Kosten durchgef&#xFC;hrt werden.&lt;br /&gt;

									100 g Kokosfett hinzuf&uuml;gen und zu einem Pie-Teig verarbeiten. 								</li>

									In einer runden Springform den Boden formen und dann in den Tiefk&uuml;hler stellen.								</li>

									W&auml;hrenddessen kann die Creme zubereitet werden.								</li>

									Die Bananen mit der Kokosmilch in den Mixer geben und gut durchmixen. 								</li>

									Die Topiokast&auml;rke hinzuf&uuml;gen und alles aufkochen lassen. Die Fl&uuml;ssigkeit sollte so dick wie angeschlagene Sahne werden. 								</li>

									Jetzt die Gelatine vorsichtig in der hei&szlig;en Fl&uuml;ssigkeit aufl&ouml;sen. Die Creme muss etwa 30 Minuten abk&uuml;hlen, bevor du sie auf den vorbereiteten Boden f&uuml;llen kannst.								</li>
